All in-stock orders placed before 12:00noon EST Monday-Friday are shipped that business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed for shipment that Monday.
In the event a part(s) must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive to us (depending on warehouse location this can in rare instances take longer) and is promptly shipped to you.
Shipping of parts will only occur to the Billing Address. Orders can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
A tracking number is automatically e-mailed (same email entered on order form) the afternoon of shipment with a link provided for tracking purposes.
In the event a part is backordered or temporarily unavailable we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. Time in transit depends upon your location.
Shipping Rates: Standard size packages will be figured using the following schedule. (Oversized shipments will be additional, you will be contacted prior to shipping for an approval for the additional shipping.)
6% of the total dollar amount purchased. ( $6.00 minimum ) This rate is for the Continental United States only. You will be contacted with any additional shipping outside this region.

Unless specified, all orders are shipped by ground method with UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex (Carrier is at the discretion of AcuraPartsExpress.com). You will be contacted with expedited charges if required.
Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take from 3 to 7 days. If we are out of stock on an item and it must come from our warehouse, you will be notified of any delay and we will ship it to you upon receipt.
