SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Handling Policy

|
All in-stock orders placed before 12:00noon EST Monday-Friday are shipped that business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed for shipment that Monday.
In the event a part(s) must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive to us (depending on warehouse location this can in rare instances take longer) and is promptly shipped to you.
Shipping of parts will only occur to the Billing Address. Orders can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
A tracking number is automatically e-mailed (same email entered on order form) the afternoon of shipment with a link provided for tracking purposes.
In the event a part is backordered or temporarily unavailable we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. Time in transit depends upon your location.
Shipping Rates: Standard size packages will be figured using the following schedule. (Oversized shipments will be additional, you will be contacted prior to shipping for an approval for the additional shipping.)
6% of the total dollar amount purchased. ( $6.00 minimum ) This rate is for the Continental United States only. You will be contacted with any additional shipping outside this region.
In stock items ordered before 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST usually ship the same business day. Week-end orders will be processed the next business day.
Unless specified, all orders are shipped by ground method with UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex (Carrier is at the discretion of AcuraPartsExpress.com). You will be contacted with expedited charges if required.
Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take from 3 to 7 days. If we are out of stock on an item and it must come from our warehouse, you will be notified of any delay and we will ship it to you upon receipt.

RETURN POLICY
AcuraPartsExpress.com is proud to provide our customers with industry leading support and customer service. We will accept returns within 10 days of receipt providing the parts are not used, damaged and in the original packaging with no missing parts or instructions. Returns must be in 100% re-sellable condition. There are no returns on any electrical components. A 20% restocking fee applies to all acceptable returns. Prior to returning an item, you must obtain a return authorization number from one of our team members, these numbers are available via written request sent by email.
Items Damaged During Delivery: Please take the time to immediately inspect your merchandise upon receipt as we must be notified of any discrepancies within 24 hours. When you receive your packages, please take the time to inspect all of your merchandise for damage that my have happened during shipment. If you discover a damaged item please save all of the original packaging material and contact us at support@acurapartsexpress.com or by phone at (877) 357-0033. No damage claims will be considered and or processed if not reported within 24 hours of receipt.
